| We are thrilled to invite you to a special event on November 4th with Governor J.B. Pritzker to officially kickoff the next stage of development for the Peoria Innovation Hub. The event will be held at the former Illinois Central College Thomas K. Thomas Building in Downtown Peoria which will serve as the site of the Peoria Innovation Hub. This building is also located in the newly designated Peoria Innovation District. The Hub is part of the Illinois Innovation Network and is an ongoing effort designed to organize, build, launch and sustain a center to serve as a convening place for the region's entrepreneurs, a location for industry innovation, and much more. Following a press event with the governor, stick around for a workshop facilitated by the Peoria Innovation Hub Board of Directors. This two-hour session will focus on building out the committee structure that will support the full development of the Hub. This is your chance to have a hand in shaping the future of this exciting new economic development asset for our region.
